Tackle Used:
Shakespeare ultralight rod and reel, 6 lb lo vis green stren, white moss mouse, black buzzbait, watermelon lizard.
Report:
The sun was beating down all day long and the water temp jumped up a few degrees so I wondered if the fish would be in shallow water. I first tried my white moss mouse and that was a failure. Then I tried a buzzbait and that was a failure too. Then I tried my lizard every way possible and still no luck. It was a bad night of fishing for me but when we can get the boat out there to these ponds there are many other places to get to that we were unable to walk too so hopefully that will change our luck.
