Number of Anglers: 2 Water Clarity: Clear Weather Conditions: Cloudy Number of Fish Caught: 4 Water Temp: 40 Air Temp: 65
Tackle Used:
Mepps Thunder bug - caught 2 fish in the first three case. Shrimp on a tiny hook worked too.
Report:
This fishing outing started at the twin lakes but there was a small traffic jam over there and the wind was kicking up pretty good. We worked the east shore for about an hour with sighting a single fish or getting the least little nibble. So we headed over to Mark Lake - This lake is protected from the wind by a ridge so the water was much more calm. This lake is home to stocked rainbow and arctic char and maybe grayling? Anyway we got lots of attention from little rainbows all catch and release - no char or grayling - maybe next time.
