Report:
It was a great day of fishing. It started out with my buddies and I going to one of our usual ponds were we know there are nice fish, but on our walk to that pond we discovered a different pond and though why not so we walked the cleared shores to a pond with a light covering of moss on it in some spots. We know call this pond T-Bone. I started out with my weedless mouse and got nothing but strike after strike but was having trouble keeping them on but the two i did caught we nice one being 2 1/2 pounds and the other one being maybe a pound or over. I used nothing but my mouse and had a great time because the fish were very active. My friend caught one on his mouse and the other 2 on his buzzbait. my other buddy was using a lizard and only got a few hits but nothing was caught. He then switched to a weedless popping frog and the action was slow to begin with but picked up for him as it got dark and cooler he then caught a few bass and lost a few other ones.
