Report:
We woke up for the last day of Turkey Season to a cold, cold spring morning. We decided to drive towards home, and see if the sun would bring up the temps. later in the morning, and hit water closer to the house. WE pulled into Pisgah to a few drops of rain, and a 20 mile wind. I already had the Sqworm Stick (candy) on so I threw it. Couple casts in, I had a a nip. Then, wham. A very good largemouth nailed it. I managed 2 more. Alan caught 2 and we gave up. The wind was terrible, it was cold, and we had enough. We loaded the boat. Shook hands. And congratulated each other on another fantastic Turkey Season trip.
