Tackle Used:
medium shinners with mustard shinner hooks, chrome spoon spinner retrieved at medium pace. Also tried watermelon seed plastic worm 8" with worm head weights. shimano sedonna real, bionic blade x8 rod with spider wire 12lb test.
Report:
Most fish are still reluctant to hit due to the previous cold front. We only landed one crappie. I expect conditons to pick back up this week. Most bass seem to still be hiding by the shore, the best time to hit it is 6pm-8pm with increasing strikes around 7-745pm. Crappie are hitting close to the shore in the weed beds on smaller shinners.
