Booyah spinnerbaits, Bagley Bango Lure, V&M pumpkin & chartreuse lizard
dipped in Spike It garlic. Gamakatsu hooks.
Report:
Got to fish for a few hours today, started out at daylight throwing a Bango Lure, caught 3 or 4 on it, (very exciting bait to fish, those bass try to break it in half!!!!!!) As the sun came on up I started to catch em on a 3/16 Booyah (tandem) probably caught another 3 or 4 on it. At around 10:00 am I started flipping with pumpkin and charchoal lizard and caught two over 4 and one that was 5.08(see pic). Had to leave around 3:00pm. I kept half of em and let half of em go. Bass fishing has been very good in the river lakes for at least the last month, as myself and several friends have been catching a lot of fish. The FLW tour was here 3 weeks ago and there were some nice stringers brought in. (see results at flwoutdoors.com)
