Report:
went down to Tappan lake tonight around 4:30. The water was beautiful, very light breeze, a awesome evening!!! Fished the riprap section in the first bay past the dam. caught one fat 13 inch fish TIGHT to the rock on a 4inch smithwick rogue (firetiger Gary Roach Series) had one other fish on fished maybe 1 1/2 hours. This bait has worked everywhere I've tried it!!! Tried a few other small crankbaits with NO luck!!!
