On what AI would have bet you would be a great day to catch fish... I had very little luck. I am not sure if I just never hit what they wanted, or if the water was too clear, or what, but I did very little. I headed out after work for a couple hours. Not one good hit. I threw everything in my bag including a brand new Rapala X Rap and even that didn't do it. The gills were futzing around right off the bank, so I tossed in a Johnson Beetle Spin Jig/Beetle sans spinner and picked up a nice little Bluegill. Purely for points in the Tri State Fishing Club Multi Species Challenge.
