- ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is offered only in those jurisdictions where such sweepstakes are permitted by law. Entrants
must be least 18 years old. Employees and staff members of LargemouthBass.com, and each of their parents, affiliates and
subsidiary companies and their advertising and promotional agencies and each of their immediate family or members of the
same households of such employees and directors are not eligible. By entering, you, and if you are a minor your parent or
legal guardian, agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of LargemouthBass.com, which are final and binding in all
respects.
- PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Promotional period begins on June 28, 2005 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT), and
ends on July 03, 2005 at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) ("Promotional Period").
- INFORMATION: By participating, you hereby acknowledge and agree that LargemouthBass.com shall be permitted to share
your registration data and any additional information provided by you with the entity providing the prize for which you
register. You also acknowledge and agree to receive email from or on behalf of any such entity, but can opt out of email
receipt by following the instructions contained in any such email, or otherwise notifying the entity. Currently, this
entity is LargemouthBass.com. No information will be shared.
- You must be a member of LargemouthBass.com to be eligible for the LargemouthBass.com Monthly Prize Sweepstakes. By
becoming a LargemouthBass.com member you incur no obligation. If you are not a LargemouthBass.com member you can become
one by accessing the LargemouthBass.com home page at www.LargemouthBass.com and following the registration procedures
stated.
One (1) prize is offered in this LargemouthBass.com Sweepstakes: The Original Texas Weedless Wacky Worm - 1 Bag - 6 Pieces - Randomly chosen colors to be picked at the time of the drawing..
Estimated value is $3 (US). To be eligible to win this
prize you must register for the prize. You can register/enter multiple times per day for an additional chance to win the
prize. Entry fee is 1 LargemouthBass.com BassPoints.
To register for the LargemouthBass.com Sweepstakes, access LargemouthBass.com home page at
www.LargemouthBass.com, and login. Then visit the contest's page and enter the number of contest entries you
wish to purchase with your BassPoints and click the "Enter" button.
All registrations and entries as both a LargemouthBass.com member and for this Sweepstakes must be received by
July 03, 2005 at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT). Any other attempt at Internet or email registration is void.
No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; or for any computer,
telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections,
availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or
availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of
entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information.
- DRAWING: On July 04, 2005 a random drawing to select the winner for the
prize will be held under
the supervision of LargemouthBass.com from all eligible entries for that prize. Winners will be notified by email on or
about July 04, 2005.
- PRIZE/ODDS: Odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries for that prize. No assignment,
transfer, conversion to cash or cash redemption or substitution of prize is permitted, but Sponsor reserves the right
to substitute prize of comparable or greater value should prize become unavailable. Taxes are solely the responsibility
of winner.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS: Winners must complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/ Liability Release &
Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to return documents timely, or
if prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if winner is found not to be eligible or not in
compliance with these Official Rules, disqualification may result with an alternate winner selected. By accepting prize,
where permitted by law, winner grants to LargemouthBass.com, which grant will be confirmed in writing upon request
of LargemouthBass.com, its parents, subsidiaries and related companies, the right to print, publish, broadcast and
use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any
time or times, the winner's full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or
information and for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration, and without notice,
approval or review, and further without such additional compensation, appear for any presentation or other activity
which may include filming/audio/video/electronic or other recordings and/or interviews, as may be determined from
time to time by LargemouthBass.com. By accepting a prize a winner agrees that any grant of permission to use the
winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information, as stated above, may be secured by
LargemouthBass.com electronically, for example by email, and such email secured permission will have the same force
and effect as if that permission had been secured in a written document which was physically executed by the winner.
Further, each participant and winner releases and agrees to hold harmless LargemouthBass.com, their parents, affiliates,
subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and
agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property,
arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation
in any Sweepstakes related activity, or participation in this Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited.
LargemouthBass.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole
discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or web site; to be in violation
of the Terms of Service of the web site, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in a
non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any
use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry or registration methods will void all such entries by
such methods, and disqualify any entrants using such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by
multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the
Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules.
Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet
access provider, on-line service provider or other organization, which is responsible for assigning email, addresses
or the domain associated with the submitted email address.
LargemouthBass.com may prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
- LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: LargemouthBass.com is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether
caused by web site users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the
Sweepstakes and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or
transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the web site. LargemouthBass.com
is not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from
participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the web site. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes
is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized
intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which LargemouthBass.com, in the sole opinion of
LargemouthBass.com, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper
conduct of this Sweepstakes, LargemouthBass.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate,
modify or suspend this Sweepstakes and select the winners from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other

resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively, before a court located in the City of
Los Angeles having competent jurisdiction, which Court shall apply the laws of the State of California without regard
for doctrines of Conflict of Law. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to
obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other
damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated
with entering this Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
