Chicken liver comes off my hook and I cant find it.

me and my two fishing buddy's were on the lake fishing slinging some buzz and spinner baits trying to catch some bass (i think it is almost impossible to catch a bass on this lake lol) when i finally said forget it, i'm getting my livers. so we went to deeper water anchored down and went after some cats. we had been fishing for about 20 mins when i was checking my bait went to throw it back out in the water some how i hit my self in the head. i didn't think any thing else about it when i heard a whisper from one buddy to the other followed by a huge amount of laughter, and I'm like dudes whats so funny they finally told me that i couldn't catch fish by wearing the chicken livers on my head. sure enuff a big ole blob of livers was stuck to the back of my head thank goodness it was cold and i had a hood on ill just say im superstitious.
