Brazilian Style Halibut Steaks

Here's a new taste for your broiled halibut steaks....
Ingredients:
2 lbs. halibut or other white fish steaks
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. instant coffee granules
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
chopped parsley for garnish
Directions:
Place fish steaks in a shallow baking dish. Dissolve instant coffee granules in lemon juice, add remaining ingredients, except for parsley, and mix thoroughly. Pour over fish and let marinate for 30 minutes, turning once halfway through time. Remove fish from baking dish, place on broiling pan, brush top with sauce, and broil 4 or 5 minutes about 3 inches from heat. Turn carefully and brush with remaining sauce. Broil 4 or 5 minutes longer, or until fish is done. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serves 6.
Note: You may substitute halibut cheeks or bass fillets, if you have some nice thick ones. I've covered fillets with the sauce and baked them in a 350 degree oven with good results.
