The lake is so high now that my fence at lakeside is in the water. I was casting a Bass Pro Shops Watermelon Seed salt worm from my side of the fence. Second cast tap, tap,OH MY GOSH! Now I'm a 75 year old Great Grandma trying to haul in this "great ole' big-un". I finally left my pole on my side of the fence, ran around the other side to net all twenty-six inches and seventeen and three quarters of an inch of girth hawg! Close to ten pounds and released alive,it's my biggest bass to date!
