Loading the Boat and that is all. (Add to Favorites) Posted Tuesday, June 14th, 2005 to Fishing Stories We loaded the boat and left and when we got to our spot to fish we had no oars.
We loaded our 14 foot jon boat and were headed out fishing about 20 minutes from home and I forgot the oars that go to the boat. When we figured out we didn't have them we found some sticks and my dad had a 2 by 4 that we nailed to the stick and used for on oar. We then used a cement trial and duck taped it to the other stick and it they both worked suprisingly well. We know how to rig stuff up if we need to go fishing. We will do anything for fishing. KEEP FISHING!!
