I bought property in Tennessee with a 1 acre pond.
I was born and raised in northern California, so i was used to some great fishing in rivers, lakes and the ocean. We even had a creek that ran through our ranch. After the rains filled the creek the steelhead would return to it, which is where they were born. It was great fishing. I moved to Tennessee about 4 years ago and bought a place in the country that has a 1 acre pond, stocked with largemouth, catfish, bluegill and crappie. My daughter and I have the best time fishing this pond. We are kept very busy every time we fish. It doesnt matter what bait or lure we use, they seem to hit on all we toss their way. Of course, we catch and release and use barbless hooks. We never have a bad day fishing.
