I am 11 years old, and me and my friends catch a lot of fish. But we are scared to take the fish off the hook, especially little fish. We always have to call for our dads to take it off. Pretty pathetic, eh?
OK, well anyway, I was using a real worm with a bobber on, and I felt a little tug and brought it up. It was a minnow, about 3-4 inches. We tried to get it off ourselves but couldn't. So we put it in the water so it could breathe and gave it some slack. It swam away a little, and then a PIKE jumped for the minnow and we had the pike on for a little while. I think he swallowed the minnow, and then he fought and got off, and took the minnow!!
